Service Now
- Go to http://wkfcs.service-now.com
- Log in with your NA credentials
- REPORTING AN OUTAGE
- Click on 'Report an Issue/Outage (Incident)'
- Fill out all sections that have teh 'red bar' on the left. Red means not completed. When it turns gree, you'll have the information needed.
- Click Next
- Click on 'Report an Issue/Outage (Incident)'
